These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the © LUCID LOOM online shop at lucidloom.shop.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding invitation to place an order.

By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart.

The automatic order confirmation only documents the receipt of your order. The purchase contract is concluded only with our express acceptance or, at the latest, with the dispatch of the goods.

• All prices are in Euro.
• According to § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), no VAT is charged and not shown.
• Shipping costs are shown separately during the order process.
• For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional duties, taxes or fees may apply, which must be borne by the customer.

The payment methods displayed during the order process are available to you. These may vary depending on the delivery country.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision, for example by email, post or via our returns page.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

• We will refund payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than fourteen days from the date we receive your withdrawal notification.
• Additional costs for a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery will not be refunded.
• The refund will be made using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
• We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return.
• You must return the goods within fourteen days of your withdrawal at the latest.
• You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
• For returns from countries outside the European Union, you bear additional customs or import-related costs of return, unless there is a defect, damage or incorrect delivery.
• You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Returns and complaints are two different cases.

Return / Withdrawal

• Applies to correctly delivered items that you wish to return within 14 days of delivery.
• The goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• The return shipment goes to Germany.
• The return shipment must be sufficiently franked.
• The direct return costs are borne by the customer.
• We cannot accept unpaid shipments.

Complaint

• Applies to defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered items.
• Please do not return complained goods unchecked.
• Report the case with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos.
• For transport damage, we also need photos of the packaging and shipping label.
• We will review your information and inform you of the next steps.
• In the event of a justified complaint, we will arrange for replacement or refund, depending on the case.
• Depending on the case, no return shipment is required.

Your statutory rights of withdrawal and warranty remain unaffected.

The statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, please contact us with your order number and, if possible, meaningful photos at info@lucidloom.shop.

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and according to the provisions of the Product Liability Act.

In cases of slight negligence in the breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Essential contractual obligations are obligations the fulfillment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on the observance of which the customer may regularly rely.

In all other respects, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

All designs, images, graphics, texts and other content of this shop are protected by copyright. Any use beyond the purchase of the products offered requires our prior written consent.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, insofar as this does not conflict with mandatory consumer protection regulations of the state in which you have your habitual residence.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The statutory provisions shall replace the invalid regulation.
