IMPULSE — FIRST THOUGHTS
Initial references were gathered. Gradually, it became clear which direction to take. The colors and stance of the label were established.
NOV · 25
CONCEPT — FORM EMERGES
The basic form was defined. Proportions were adjusted, and the overall appearance was harmonized. The outline and contour of the label became clearer.
DEC · 25
PROTOTYPE — FIRST FIT
It was tested how the initial products landed and performed. Many changes were still pending afterward.
JAN · 26
SUBSTANCE — PRODUCT DECISION
Material and weight were determined. Colors and finish were also decided. The first hoodies and shirts were finalized.
FEB · 26
SURFACE — PRINT & TEXTURE
The print was checked and the embroidery placed. After that, fine-tuning was done again. The first beanies & caps were fully developed.
MARCH · 26
REFINEMENT — ADJUSTMENT
Individual placements were optimized, and details improved. Everything was refined further. Designs were discarded or adjusted.
APR · 26
QUALITY — CONTROL
Print, fabric, and workmanship were checked. The product was then internally released.
MAY · 26
RELEASE — PUBLICATION 01
The products were finally finished and ready for release.

Why We Declutter
Some designs were deliberately archived because they didn't feel right. Not every strong motif belongs in a release — some artworks remain internal because the timing, energy, or overall picture did not yet exactly match what Lucid Loom stands for.
CONSIDERATION
Why We Archive
Some designs were never released because they were more part of the process than part of the final collection. They show ideas, directions, and experiments — important for development, but not destined to officially leave the archive.
