FAQ – Shipping, Returns & Payment

How long does the production take?
Each item is individually made. Production usually takes 1-2 business days before shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?

We start production shortly after receiving your payment. Changes or cancellations are only possible if you contact us immediately after placing your order at info@lucidloom.shop .

How long does the delivery take?
Germany & EU: approx. 1–2 business days after production
International: approx. 4–8 business days (depending on shipping service & customs)

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. For orders outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply, which are levied by the respective customs authority (costs are borne by the customer).

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email (if available for your country).
Can I return my order (right of withdrawal)?
Because we **produce to order**, we only accept returns for defective or incorrect items . Personalized or individually printed products are excluded from cancellation, except in case of defects.
How do I report a defect or incorrect delivery?
Please send an email to info@lucidloom.shop within 14 days of receipt, including your order number and clear photos of the problem.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, credit/debit card (via Stripe), Klarna, instant bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Currency fees may apply for payments outside the Eurozone.
Are you sustainable?
Yes – wherever possible, we use environmentally friendly, vegan and fairly produced textiles. Print-on-demand avoids overproduction and waste.
Are there any extras with my order?
Yes! Each hoodie comes with a free LUCID LOOM sticker .
