How fast is the production?
Each item is individually made to order. Production time is usually 1-2 business days before shipping.
Is there worldwide shipping?
Yes. For orders outside the EU , import duties or taxes may apply, which will be levied by the customs authorities in your country . These costs are the responsibility of the customer .
How fast is the delivery?
Germany & EU: approx. 1–2 business days after production
International: approx. 4–8 business days (depending on shipping service provider and customs clearance)
Can I return my order?
Because we produce on demand , returns can only be accepted within 14 days for defective or incorrectly delivered items .
Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for exchange, unless there is a defect .
What payment methods are accepted?
PayPal, credit/debit cards, Klarna, Sofort, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Currency conversion fees may apply outside the Eurozone.
